What this part does
The interior trim mounts across the dashboard, door panels, and center console to conceal structural framework, wiring harnesses, and assembly gaps. It serves as a protective barrier against dust and moisture entering the internal dash cavity while defining the cabin aesthetics. When this component is cracked, heavily scratched, or suffers broken mounting tabs, it often leads to localized rattling vibrations and degrades the interior environment.

Before you order
Because the BMW 7 Series was available with multiple interior design packages, you must verify that the material, grain, and finish of this exact piece match your vehicle's current trim. Inspect the mounting points on the vehicle it came from compared to yours; retainer clips often stay lodged in the dashboard during removal and may need to be carefully extracted or replaced with new ones to ensure this panel sits entirely flush without squeaking.
