What this part does
The rear parcel shelf sits directly behind the rear seats, spanning the area between the seatbacks and the lower edge of the rear window. It provides a finished aesthetic to the rear cabin while serving as a structural mounting point for rear speakers, child seat anchors, and the rear window sunblind. The panel also incorporates acoustic insulation to reduce trunk resonance and road noise from entering the passenger compartment. Over time, these panels can suffer from UV fading, water damage from window leaks, or structural sagging, requiring replacement to eliminate rattles and restore the interior appearance.

Before you order
Compare the 51467355373 part number with your original component, as the exact fitment depends heavily on whether the vehicle is equipped with the motorized rear window roller sunblind and specific rear-seat entertainment options. The upholstery color and material must also be matched to your interior build sheet. When installing, carefully align the front retaining tabs before seating the rear clips, as the plastic attachment points are brittle and can snap if forced into position.
